About Company

PEPE CONSTRUCTION LTD are a UK based company. Was formed by George Uluiteanu in 2015 and we are offering to all our clients in the UK and also in Romania, services for the telecommunication networks, which include all necessary steps, from the conception, implementation to exploitation.

The UK/London company has been established since 2014. We bring to London our vast experience in Telecommunication from Romania through one of our Directors – Razvan Uluiteanu. For the last 20 years, Razvan and his team have been involved in various and complex projects in Bucharest and other major cities in Romania.

We, also have been involved in various jobs in London under the leadership of our Director – George Uluiteanu. George has been gaining his experience working in Telecommunications in Romania for 10 years and in the UK being part of major projects for the Network Rail (Paddington Station upgrade; Marylebone Station upgrade and also the upgrade of all platforms across Kent project) and London Underground (the CBS advertising panels project) all across London and Kent as Site Supervisor.

In Romania we have been offering to our clients, over the years, a wide portfolio of services for the telecommunication networks. This includes all necessary steps, from the conception up to implementation and exploitation.

Our Clients play the most important role in they way we do business. Our clients needs are always followed and we ensure that the solutions that we deliver are specifically designed to obtain the best result.
On all our projects, one of the main interest is the Health&Safety rules. Therefore, we invest in safe working environments thinking of our client best interest, employees and third parties.

Over the years, in Romania, we have been working with various clients, the most recent jobs being for Telekom.
We have built FTTH underground and aerial fiber optic network for this client in Barlad, Costesti – Arges, Slanic Prahova and various projects in Bucharest. Our people are fully trained also to structure and install network for buildings, offices, CATV and Access Control.

Just a wee note to thank you for the work Pepe Construction are doing just now in the Crosslees . Their sites are always very neat and by the book , when asked to remedy anything it is done straight away and most of the guys on site are very fluent in English . There standard of work is very high and productivity is good . The area they are working in is the type where we would expect a high level of customer complaints but we are getting the very opposite with residents coming up to myself and Stewart Cook complimenting how tidy , polite and hard working the guys are . They have had zero utility hits so far or issues from the council, and keeping tight with their reinstatement . Renfrewshire council , VM and the local residents are all delighted with this firm , could you please pass the thanks on to the guys .
